摘要 大通径钻杆结合内通孔钻头全孔不提钻下筛管工艺可有效解决煤矿松软破碎煤层瓦斯抽采孔施工时成孔难题,但有时?96 mm内通孔钻头横梁体无法正常开合,针对此问题,优化设计横梁体与钻头横梁体槽之间的固定、开闭方式及尺寸配合公差,最终确定最优的横梁体开合力,各设计参数成功地用于批量化内通孔钻头生产。 The large diameter drilling rods combines the through-going drill bit can accomplish the installation of screen pipes without lifting the drilling strings, which contributes to resolving the problems on the extraction borehole drilling in soft and complicated coal seams. However, the beam body of the through-going drill bit with diameter of 96 mm can't be normally opened. In response, the fixed type between the beam body and the groove of beam, the open-closure pattern, and the parameter tolerance of fit have been optimized. Eventually, the optimal driving force of the beam body has been confirmed, which can be successfully used to produce the through-going drill bits in quantity.
