摘要
针对目前煤矿供水系统中存在的水源井蓄水池液位采用手工调节闸阀费时费力、控制精度不高、控制手段存在滞后等问题。采用电动调节阀、西门子S7-200 PLC、无线数传电台、研华工控机构建了一套无线SCADA系统,实现蓄水池液位的自动/手动控制和远程/就地控制。在寺河矿进行了应用,研究结果表明设计合理、功能完善,可提高煤矿供水自动化水平。
Water source reservoir level regulator of coal mine water supply system is manual. This adjustment method is inefficient, low precision, and the control method is lagging behind. The system has constructed a wireless SCADA system with electric control valve, Siemens S7-200 PLC, wireless data transmission radio station, and Advantech IPC. The system realizes automatic/manual control and remote/in-place control of reservoir level. The system is applied in Sihe coal mine. The results show that the system has a reasonable design and perfect functions, which can improve the automation level of coal mine water supply.
