矿用电动轮自卸车轮边减速器双联齿轮相位差的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以某NW型矿用电动轮自卸车轮边减速器为研究对象,采用Romax软件建立了轮边减速器仿真模型,结果表明:双联齿轮相位差是影响双联齿轮功率分流均匀的关键技术指标;随着双联齿轮相位差的增加,载荷分配不均匀性逐渐增加。并提出保证双联齿轮相位差的制造方法,使相位差可稳定地达到±1′以内。 Taking the wheel-side reducer of a NW-model electric drive mining dump truck as the research object. A simulated model of the reducer was established by Romax software. The results show that the phase difference of the duplicate gear is the crucial technical index that affects the distribution uniformity of the power of duplicate gear. With the increase of the phase difference of duplicate gear,the load distribution inhomogeneity is increasing. Accordingly a manufacturing method was proposed,which can control the phase difference to be steady in ±1′.
