摘要
建立了三螺杆泵的流场分析模型,运用有限元分析方法分析了螺杆与衬套间隙、螺杆转速、进出口压差对螺杆泵流道压力分布的影响;在间隙、转速、进出口压差一定的条件下,螺杆泵内部流道的速度特性。计算结果表明:三螺杆泵腔室压力随着密封腔级数逐级增大,且同级密封腔压力由于泄漏的存在,呈减小趋势,这种减小趋势随着螺杆与衬套间隙增大而增大;转速和进出口压差对三螺杆泵流道压力分布规律几乎没有影响;螺杆螺旋槽中的液体流动较为平稳;啮合区的液体的速度分布复杂,啮合线两侧的液体螺旋槽中的介质由于主从螺杆的啮合而形成湍流。
The flow field analysis model of three-screw pump was established. The influence of the clearance between screw and bushing, screw speed and the pressure difference between inlet and outlet on the pressure distribution in the flow field of the three-screw pump was obtained by using the finite element analysis method. Under certain conditions of the clearance between screw and bushing, screw speed and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, the speed distribution of the flow field of the three-screw pump was obtained by using the finite element analysis method. The research indicates that the flow channel pressure progressively increases along with the sealed chamber, the peer pressure is in the tendency of reduction because of leakage, and this decreasing trend increases with the increases of the clearance between the screw and the bushing. Screw speed and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet have little effect on the pressure distribution of the three-screw pump. The liquid flow in the screw spiral groove is relatively smooth. The velocity distribution of the liquid in the meshing area is more complex, and the turbulent flow phenomenon exists because of meshing of the principal screw and subordinate screw.
