摘要
槽轮机构在转动过程中,角速度和角加速度有较大的变化,会产生柔性冲击。借助VB.NET并对AutoCAD进行二次开发,准确确定运动循环中的初始值和边界值,编制出槽轮机构计算机设计与运动特性分析软件,精确绘制出与从动件槽轮运动参数计算值一致的运动曲线矢量图。使槽轮机构设计计算更加简便,为槽轮机构运动参数量化分析提供可靠依据。
The angular velocity and angular acceleration change greatly during the rotation of the geneva mechanism, which will produce flexible impact. With the help of VB. NET,having done the secondary development for Auto CAD, accurately determined the initial value and boundary value in the motion cycle, developed the computer design software and the movement analysis software of the geneva mechanism and precisely mapped the motion curve vector diagram in keeping with the calculated value of the follower motion parameters. It makes the design and calculation of the geneva mechanism more convenient. it also provides a reliable basis for a quantitative analysis of motion parameters.
