摘要
破碎机底槽是刮板链运输煤及矸石的受摩擦的载体,更是煤及矸石在破碎过程中受冲击的受力件,在破碎机工作过程中起到关键性的作用,目前煤矿用破碎机破碎底槽作为易损件,更换频繁,现用的破碎底槽为整体式结构,拆装困难,整体更换费时费力。因此设计了一种拆分式破碎机底槽,及时更换破损部位,能够节省资源,降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
The crusher bottom groove is the friction carrier of the coal and gangue in the scraping plate chain, and is also the part subject to impact force of coal and gangue in the crushing process. It plays a key role in the working process of the crusher. The crusher bottom grooveis easy to wear and change frequently. As present,thecrusher bottom groove is the integral structure, and it is difficult to disassembleand install. Therefore,designs a kind of split-type crusher bottom groove to replace damaged parts in time,which can save resources,reduce production cost and improve production efficiency.
