摘要
当物料由入料口进入破碎腔后,受到高速锤头的冲击,部分物料在一次冲击时被破碎,除此之外的其他未被一次破碎的物料被抛射到反击板衬板上进行二次破碎。因此,在反击板设计时需要对物料打击后的运行轨迹进行分析。利用MATLAB软件对物料运动轨迹进行分析计算,根据结果运用Catia三维软件设计出反击板的虚拟样机。
When the material is entered into the crushing chamber from the inlet,the material is impacted by the high speed hammer,and some materials are broken at a time of impact. Other materials that have not been broken at the same time are ejected to the back plate liner for two breakages. Therefore,in the design of the counterattack plate,it is necessary to analyze the trajectory after hitting the material. The MATLAB software is used to analyze and calculate the movement track of the material. According to the result,the virtual prototype of the counter plate is designed by using Catia 3 D software.
