摘要
主要介绍使用机器视觉非接触测量外螺纹尺寸系统,测量矿山钻孔所用的钻杆接头外螺纹加工尺寸,以及如何通过定制化的工装夹具来实现接头的定位旋转拍照采图,从而实现对矿山钻孔所用钻杆接头加工完后自动检验接头尺寸的技术。本视觉检测系统主要是由工业相机,高倍远心镜头,平面光源及机器视觉软件平台组成。具体原理是通过工业相机采集钻杆接头各个位置的照片,测量整个接头螺纹的尺寸。再由机器视觉软件平台,用C++语言定制开发的视觉灰度值算法进行计算,进而实现非接触自动测量螺纹加工后的尺寸,实现外螺纹加工后尺寸是否合格的无人化检验作业。
Mainly introduces the machine vision non-contact measuring system of external thread size,to measure the drill pipe joint outside thread processing size,and how to use custom fixture to position the joint rotary photo taking,so as to realize the technology of automatically checking joint size after the drill pipe joint processing. The visual detection system is mainly composed of industrial camera, highpower telephoto lens, plane light source and machine vision software platform. The concrete principle is to take the picture of each position of the drill pipe joint through the industrial camera and measure the size of the whole joint thread. Then by the machine vision software platform, the vision gray value algorithm developed by C++ language is used to calculate,and then the non-contact automatic measurement of the size of the thread processing,and the external thread processing after the size of the test of the quality of unmanned.
