基于纳米导电碳黑的高灵敏度柔性应变传感材料的制备及其性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 为实现交通设施健康状态的智能在线监测,针对目前传感材料所存在的问题,以硅橡胶为基材,碳黑为导电填料,开展了性能稳定的高灵敏度碳黑/硅橡胶(CB/PDMS)复合柔性传感材料研究,并探讨了其内部结构以及传感特性。结果表明,所制备的CB/PDMS复合柔性传感材料具有典型的弹性体应力应变性能,对压感信号的响应十分迅速,对不同频率和不同压应力信号均可获得良好的监测精度和准确性。所制备的材料具有良好的长期稳定性和应变-电学关系特性。 With the development of transportation,public attentions have increasingly been paid to the health and safety of road and bridges.In order to realize online intelligent monitoring on the health state of traffic facilities and in the light of the existing problems of current sensing materials,a stable and highly sensitive CB/PDMS composite sensing material is developed with silicone rubber as substrate and carbon black as conductive fillings. The sample's internal structure and sensing properties are investigated. The results show that the as-prepared CB/PDMS composite flexible sensing material exhibits the stress-strain properties that typical elastomer owns,displays a quick response to pressure sensitive signals and can lead to high monitoring preciseness and accuracy to the signals with different frequencies and different compressive stress. The prepared material also shows excellent long-term stability and good stress-electrical relationship property.
