Establishment and Practice of Multi Node Process Business Impact Computing Model

业务影响分析工作存在业务影响计算模型缺乏系统性、实践案例输出结果实用性不足等问题。基于业务流程绩效指标提出一种计算模型,以多节点流程为研究对象,依据Little准则建立影响计算方法,并将该方法用于客户多节点流程的业务影响分析中,通过实际业务数据验证其有效性。

There are several problems in the current business impact analysis, such as lack of systemic influence analysis model, lack of practicability of cases and so on. A business impact calculation method based on business process performance indicators is proposed, with establishing the impact calculation model of multi-node processes modeling according to the Little criterion. The model is applied to a customer＇s business impact analysis with multi-node processes. The validity of the model is confirmed by an application example.
