摘要
随着二胎政策的放开,高龄女性的生育问题也成为热点问题之一。众所周知,超过35岁的女性定义为高龄产妇,高龄妇女的卵巢储备功能下降,生育能力降低,出生缺陷风险上升。高龄产妇的妊娠期母体合并症如高血压、糖尿病发生率升高,妊娠期并发症如流产、早产、前置胎盘、死产、胎儿生长受限发生率也明显增加,不良妊娠结局如低出生体重儿、高出生体重儿、新生儿死亡、先天畸形的发病风险上升。该文对女性最佳生育年龄以及生育年龄与不良妊娠结局的关系进行概述,并对其可能的机制进行初步探讨。
With the implementation of the two-child policy,the fertility problems of advanced age women have also become one of the hot issues.As we know,pregnant women over 35 years old are aged parturient.Their reserve function of ovary and the fertility reduce,and the risk of fetal chromosomal abnormalities rises in a straight line.The incidence of gestational complications in aged maternal parturient increases,and that during pregnancy including abortion,premature birth,placenta previa,died birth and fetal growth restriction also rises remarkably.The risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes such as low birth weight,high birth weight,neonatal death and congenital malformation increases.This paper aimed to discuss the best maternal age and the relationship between child-bearing age and pregnancy complications,and the possible mechanism was explored.
