电刺激联合生物反馈治疗对女性产后性功能障碍的疗效评估

Effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation and biofeedback on postpartum female sexual dysfunctional treatment

目的探讨肌肉电刺激联合生物反馈治疗在治疗女性产后性功能障碍中的作用及意义。方法选取2016年11月至2017年6月在深圳市南山区妇幼保健院生产的产妇,通过《产后女性性功能障碍诊断量化标准评分表》及《性欲低下及性交疼痛评估量表》量化评分确诊为产后性功能障碍的患者200名纳入本研究;随机分为观察组100例、对照组100例,观察组予以肌肉电刺激联合生物反馈及Kegel运动的治疗方案,对照组仅进行Kegel运动。通过《产后女性性功能障碍诊断量化标准评分表》及《性欲低下及性交疼痛评估量表》评价治疗后女性性功能改善情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗后性功能评分显著高于对照组(t=2.88,P<0.01),且性功能障碍治愈率显著高于对照组(χ~2=20.61,P<0.01)。治疗后经Fisher确切概率法检验显示观察组盆底肌力改善显著优于对照组(P<0.01),且性欲低下、性交痛、性高潮障碍改善均显著优于对照组(χ~2值分别为20.69、4.71、40.79,均P<0.05)。结论肌肉电刺激联合生物反馈治疗能治疗女性产后性功能障碍,显著改善其性生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect and significance of biofeedback combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation in treating postpartum female sexual dysfunction（PFSD）.Methods A total of 200 cases of PFSD diagnosed with Diagnostic Quantification Standard of Postpartum Sexual Dysfunction and Decreased Libido and Dyspareunia Evaluation Form from puerperas giving birth in Shenzhen Nanshan District Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital from November 2016 to June 2017 were recruited in this study and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 patients in each group.Observation group received neuromuscular electrical stimulation,biofeedback and Kegel training.Control group received Kegel training only.Female sexual function status after treatment was evaluated by Diagnostic Quantification Standard of Postpartum Sexual Dysfunction and Decreased Libido and Dyspareunia Evaluation Form.Results Sexual function scores after treatment in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（t=2.88,P〈0.01）.Cure rate of sexual dysfunction in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（χ^2=20.61,P〈0.01）.Fisher exact probability test showed that pelvic floor muscle strength improvement in observation group was significantly better than that in control group（P〈0.01）,and improvements of hyposexuality,dypareunia and orgasm disorder in observation group were significantly better than those in control group（χ^2 value was 20.69,4.71 and 40.79,respectively,all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Electrical stimulation and biofeedback can treat postpartum female sexual dysfunctional and improve patient＇s quality of sex life.
