聚多巴胺微胶囊的制备及其药物控释研究 被引量:1

Preparation of Polydopamine Microcapsule and the Research of its Drug Controlled Release

摘要 试验制备了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵稳定的十一烷醇乳液液滴,多巴胺通过氧化在乳液液滴表面形成聚多巴胺膜(p H 8.5,搅拌24 h)。乙醇去除乳液模版十一烷醇后,即得到空心聚多巴胺胶囊。经过荧光显微镜,扫描电镜和紫外-可见分光光度计表征,制备的聚多巴胺微胶囊结构稳定。装载水溶性抗癌药物盐酸阿霉素后,中性环境下药物泄漏很少,而在酸性条件下则可加速其释放。 Udecanol emulsion droplets were prepared,which were stabilized with cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide. A polydopamine( PDA) film was deposited onto emulsion droplet by the oxidative self-polymerization of dopamine at p H 8. 5 buffer under constant agitation 24 h. After the templet of udecanol was removed with ethanol,the hollow polydopamine capsules were obtained. The microcapsules were characterized by fluorescence microscopy,scanning electron microscopy( SEM),and ultraviolet-visible( UV-vis)absorption spectroscopy. The results showed that the structure of microcapsule prepared by this method was stable. The PDA coated emulsions can work as p H-sensor to control the release of drug molecules from emulsions. QT can be released in the acid media and blocked in the neutral media. After loading the water-soluble anticancer drug doxorubicin hydrochloride,there was little leakage in the neutral environment,but released quickly under acidic conditions.
