益肺胶囊联合布地奈德雾化吸入对COPD急性加重期患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of Yifei Capsules Combined with Budesonide Inhalation on Immune Function in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of COPD

探讨益肺胶囊联合布地奈德雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者免疫功能的影响。将92例COPD急性加重期患者分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组采用雾化吸入布地奈德治疗。观察组在对照组基础上,采用益肺胶囊治疗。于治疗前后,检测两组患者的免疫功能指标(NK细胞、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)及肺功能指标(FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、FEV1%pred)的水平变化。观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的NK细胞、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较治疗前均明显升高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的NK细胞、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、FEV1%pred较治疗前均明显升高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、FEV1%pred升高的程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。益肺胶囊联合布地奈德雾化吸入能显著改善COPD急性加重期患者的免疫功能及肺功能。

To explore the effect of yifei capsules combined with budesonide inhalation on immune function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD）,92 cases of acute exacerbation of COPD were divided into observation group and control group,with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with atomized inhalation of budesonide. The observation group was treated with yifei capsule on the basis of control group. Before and after treatment,the levels of immune function indicators（ NK cells,CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋） and lung function indicators（ FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF,FEV1% pred） were detected in both groups. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the NK cells,CD3＋,CD4＋,and CD4＋/CD8＋were significantly increased before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the NK cells,CD3＋,CD4＋,and CD4＋/CD8＋in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF and FEV1% pred were significantly increased after treatment in both groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment in observation group FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF,FEV1% pred were significantly higher than these of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Yifei capsules combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation can significantly improve the immune function and lung function of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD.
