呼吸内科护理中重症患者的应急护理措施应用效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的总结呼吸内科护理工作中对于重症患者开展应急护理的具体措施以及应用效果,为临床护理工作提供可靠的依据。方法选取所接诊的呼吸内科重症患者资料100例进行分析,根据护理方案的不同进行分组,平均每组50例,其中对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受24 h应急护理措施,比较研究组和对照组患者的护理效果,将所得各项数值进行统计学计算。结果通过应急护理措施之后,研究组患者血气分析指标改善显著优于对照组,两组比较存在统计学差异;研究组患者的治愈率以及抢救成功率显著高于对照组,两组比较存在统计学差异。结论临床中针对呼吸内科重症患者,在其护理工作中开展应急护理措施,能够显著缓解患者的病情,降低死亡率。
