TBL教学模式在临床骨科护理教学中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨以小组为基础的教学法(team based learning,TBL)在临床骨科护理教学中的应用效果。方法2017年度共接收34名实习护生,为其实施以小组为基础的教学模式,并与2016年度实施常规教学模式的73名护生进行理论成绩、技能操作成绩、护理教学查房成绩和整体素质测评的对比。结果理论成绩、技能操作成绩、护理教学查房成绩和整体素质测评的对比均高于对照组,且观察组学生认为教学模式能够激发学习兴趣、提高理论掌握能力、提高动手实践能力、提高分析问题能力等项目所占几率明显高于对照组,差异对比有意义(P<0.05)。结论 TBL教学模式在临床骨科护理教学中应用价值较高,显著提高护生的综合业务水平,且获得了良好的教学反馈,值得在临床推广应用。
