协同创新中心学科分布与单位组建机理研究——对38个国家级协同创新中心的实证分析

The Exploration of Disciplines Distribution and Unit Integration in Collaborative Innovation Center——the Empirical Analysis based on the 38 National Collaborative Innovation Center

协同创新中心是协同创新理念表达和协同创新功能实现的载体,是提升高等院校创新能力的重要平台。以38个国家级协同创新中心为研究对象,分别从学科分布和单位组建两个维度,研究了协同创新中心培育与组建的共性特征。结果表明,协同创新中心学科分布呈现多学科交叉融合态势,理学与工学互相支撑成为协同创新中心的显学,法学、历史学、管理学、经济学的互动联系形成社会学科群,医学、农学、教育学处于相对边缘位置;协同创新中心组建单位呈现多主体联合攻关态势,牵头高校以"985工程"高校为主体,基于学科优势互补与资源共享逻辑,汇聚合作伙伴发挥协同效应;协同创新单位基于学科平台优势和长期合作传统,在选择研究领域和确定合作关系方面存在路径依赖现象。

Collaborative innovation center is the carrier of the coordination of collaborative innovation concept and innovation functions and an important platform to improve innovation ability of institutions of higher learning.Based on 38 national collaborative innovation center as the research object,the paper discussed the common cultivation characteristic of the collaborative innovation center,taking respectively subject distribution and unit integration as two analysis dimensions.The research has shown that collaborative innovation center presents multi-disciplinary cross fusion,science and technology supports each other and become a distinguished school law,history,management,economics of interactive contact form society,besides medicine,agriculture,education is relatively marginal position;The unit integration of Collaborative presents the state of multi-agent joint research,led by the 'project 985' colleges and universities as main body,based on the logic subject complementary advantages and sharing of resources,gather partners play a synergistic effect;Collaborative innovation unit choose in research field and determine the relationship there exists a phenomenon of path dependence,because the choose based on the traditional subject advantages and long-term cooperation platform.
