摘要
不同团队冲突对团队创造力有着不同影响,借鉴复杂适应系统(CAS)理论与冲突相关理论探讨了知识型人才适应性及适应性行为,重点分析了冲突刺激下知识型团队创造力的涌现机制以及团队冲突对团队创造力的作用机理,得到以下结论:团队任务冲突促进了团队内部信息过滤、筛选、存储和提取,即交互记忆系统的形成;反复的冲突有助于强适应度经验的积累和重组。这两方面共同促进了团队创造力的发展,但关系冲突会破坏这一机制,对团队创造力产生负作用。最后,提出了合理引导不同种类冲突、提升团队整体信息处理能力、提高任务复杂度和互依度等建议。
A large number of empirical studies has been proved different kinds of conflict's effect on team creativity ,but the mechanism of team conflict's effect on team creativity in knowledge team remains to be discussed .The article uses CAS theory and conflict theory ,analyses emergence mechanism of team creativity stimulated by conflict and mechanism of team conflict's effect on team creativity in knowledge team .The conclusions are as follows that team task conflict promotes in-ternal information filtration ,filtration ,storage and extraction ,namely interactive memory systems ,and in addition ,con-flicting repeatedly is good for the accumulation and recombination of experience .These two aspects together promote the development of team creativity .The relationship conflict may destroy this mechanism ,and it has a negative effect on team creativity .Based on this ,the article puts forward suggestions including reasonable guidance of different kinds of conflicts , improving information processing ability of the team and improving the task complexity and mutual dependence .
