目前我国涉林司法鉴定存在鉴定机构不完备、缺乏统一的技术标准和规范、涉林司法鉴定收费标准不具体等问题。可以通过建立完善的鉴定机构、建立涉林科学证据采信规则、明确需要司法鉴定的范围、明确和细化司法鉴定人的资格等多种途径进行改革。
