摘要
采用正交试验的方法对纸浆泵叶轮上排气孔参数进行设计。通过数值模拟性能预测、研究分析,确定排气孔参数对性能影响的主次关系。采用综合性能评价函数确定排气孔参数最佳方案:排气孔个数Zd为8,直径D为20 mm,径向距离R1为130 mm,周向位置θ为15°。如通过样机试验得到优化后纸浆泵的性能特性,研究发现流量在0.8Q、1.0Q、1.2Q时,优化后的扬程、水力效率和气液分离效率分别提高了5%、7%和20%,排气孔参数优化后气液分离效果尤为明显,满足设计要求。
The parameters of degas hole on impeller were optimized by the orthogonal test. 4 factors, degas hole number Za, diameter of degas hole D, Radial distance, R1, and circumferential position 0, were tested with each factor having 3 different levels. Based on L9 (34) orthogonal experiment,9 cases were designed. The best case was chosen after orthogonal test analysis and experimentally tested according to the numerical results of pulp pump model. The head, hydraulic efficiency and gas-liquid separation were improved by 5 % ,7% and 20% at 0. 8 Q, 1.0Q and 1.2Q flow rates, respectively, compared to those before optimization.
