改性硅藻土-沉淀法对废水中磷的去除效能 被引量:5

摘要 采用改性硅藻土处理含氮磷的模拟废水,考察了未投加镁源和投加镁源两种条件,相同pH值下碱改性硅藻土投加量对磷去除效果的影响。结果表明:废水初始pH值为9,未投加镁源条件下,改性硅藻土体系对废水中PO43--P的去除效果与投加量呈正相关,但对废水中PO43--P的去除率均在22%以下;投加镁源条件下,改性硅藻土体系对废水中PO43--P的去除率与改性硅藻土投加量呈正相关,其对废水中PO43--P去除率在83.72%~96.48%。投加镁源条件下,改性硅藻土体系对废水中PO43--P的去除作用有沉淀作用和吸附作用,以沉淀作用为主;硅藻土诱导废水中PO43--P沉淀去除中,废水中的PO43--P主要以Mg3(PO4)2沉淀形式去除,XRD图谱未见鸟粪石特征峰出现。 Diatomite modified by NaOH are used to treat simulation wastewater contained with phosphorus and nitrogen. The factors which affect removal rate of PO43--P, including with or without magnesium source and the dosage of modified diatomite at the same pH value are discussed. The experimental results show that there is a positive correlation between the removal rate of PO43--P and the dosage of modified diatomite without magnesium source when the pH value is 9. The highest removal rate of PO43-P is less than 22%. There is a positive correlation between the removal rate of PO43--P and the dosage of modified diatomite with magnesium source. The removal rate of PO2"-P by the modified diatomite system is between 83.72%-96.48%. PO43-P removed from the simulation wastewater by modified diatomite system is through adsorption action and precipitation action. Precipitation removal is the main removal action. The PO43--P is removed mainly in the form of Mga(PO4)2. There is no struvite in the precipitation.
