摘要 从油页岩燃烧工况角度研究了不同条件下形成的油页岩灰渣作为水泥基材料掺和料的特性,包括易磨性、比表面积、强度活性指数及矿物组成。探讨了油页岩灰渣后续冷却方式对油页岩灰渣特性的影响。结果表明:随着温度的升高,油页岩灰渣的易磨性越差,比表面积逐渐降低,强度活性指数也呈现下降趋势。油页岩灰渣采用急冷和慢冷方式处理对其作为水泥掺和料强度活性指数的影响不大。 From the perspective of oil shale combustion, the characteristics of oil shale ash, which are formed under different conditions, as cement based materials, including abrasive wear, specific surface area, strength activity index and mineral composition, are studied in this paper. The effect of the cooling methods of oil shale ash on its characteristics is also discussed. The experimental results show that, with the increase of combustion temperature, the grindability and the specific surface area of oil shale slag decrease. The strength activity index also decreases with the increase of temperature. The effect ofoil shale ash on strength activity index is little when it is treated with cold and slow cooling methods.
