冻融循环作用对煤矸石混凝土吸水性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究冻融循环作用对自燃煤矸石混凝土耐久性的影响,分别对自燃煤矸石部分替代(0、30%、60%)传统粗骨料的混凝土试件进行了0、15、25、35和45次冻融循环试验,采用吸水试验分析了不同冻融循环作用后各组试件吸水指标(累积吸水高度和两阶段吸水率)的变化规律。结果表明:冻融循环作用对自燃煤矸石混凝土的吸水性有显著的影响,与未受冻融循环作用的试件相比,随着冻融循环次数的增长,各组试件的累积吸水高度和初始吸水率均明显增大;另外,自燃煤矸石掺量对试件的吸水性也有一定影响,冻融循环作用后,与传统骨料混凝土试件相比,自燃煤矸石混凝土试件的第1阶段吸水率存在不同程度提高。 In order to study the effect of freeze-thaw on the durability of the spontaneous coal gangue concrete, freeze-thaw test was conducted with 0, 15, 25, 35, 45 cycles, respectively. The specimens with different spontaneous coal gaugue dosage (0, 30%, 60%) were marled, and then water absorption test was conducted. The values of the cumulative water absorption, two stage absorption rate of the specimens were analyzed after different freeze-thaw cycles. The results demonstrated that the water transport properties of the spontaneous coal gaugue concrete was obviously influenced by the freeze-thaw action, compared to the specimen without freeze-thaw action, the indexes of the water absorption (initial rate of absorption, second rate of absorption) of the specimens increased with the increasing of the freeze-thaw cycles. Additionally, with the increasing of the spontaneous coal gangue aggregate contents, the indexes of the water absorption also demonstrated some increment.
