应用尿素包合分提法对酸化大豆油脂肪酸进行了分提,所得液体脂肪酸产率为73.27%,其中饱和脂肪酸的含量为0.88%。由该液体脂肪酸皂化所得正浮选捕收剂的浮选性能明显优于酸化大豆油脂肪酸钠和油酸钠。应用分提所得液体酸皂化制备的正浮选捕收剂(RL-1)进行闭路浮选试验,获得了精矿P2O5品位28.63%、产率50.16%、回收率79.96%,综合尾矿P2O5品位7.23%的浮选指标。

Applying the urea inclusion technology to enrich the unsaturated fatty acid in acidified soybean oil fatty acid. And the yield of the liquid fatty acid （unsaturated fatty acid） was 73.27%, and the content of saturated fatty acid in liquid fatty acid was 0.88%. Through saponifying the liquid fatty acid, the RL-1 for direct flotation was prepared. The closed-circuit tests with the optimized reagent system yielded a phosphate concentrate PzO5 grade of 28.63% at 79.96% recovery and 50.16% yield, and the P205 grade of tailings was 7.23%.
