摘要
目的探讨荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)在耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌抗消毒剂基因检测的应用效果。方法选取2016年5月至2017年12月临泽县医院住院患者送检的标本中分离分39株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌,均行药敏试验及FQ-PCR检测,分析耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的抗生素耐药性情况及消毒剂qacA基因检出情况。结果 39株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌中检出抗消毒剂基因qacA阳性16株,阳性率41.03%;耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌对克林霉素耐药率79.49%,对庆大霉素、红霉素、苯唑西林、环丙沙星、四环素及青霉素耐药率几乎100%,对氯霉素、复方新诺明、替考拉宁、呋喃妥因及万古霉素的敏感率均超过90%。结论耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌对常用抗生素耐药性较高,可携带抗消毒剂qacA基因。
Objective To investigate the application of fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction ( FQ - PCR) in the detection of methicillin - resistant Staphylococcus aureus anti - disinfectants. Methods 39 cases of samples of methicillin - resistanl Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from hospitalized patients from May 2016 to December 2017 in Linze County hospital. Susceptibili- ty tests and FQ - PCR were performed to detect the antibiotic resistance of methicillin - resistant methionine Staphylococcus aureus and the isolation rate of disinfectant qacA gene. Results Among the 39 strains of methieillin - resistant Staphylococcus aureus, 16 strains of qacA were positive for anti -disinfectant, the positive rate was 41.03%. The methicillin -resistant Staphylococcus aureus was re- sistant to clindamycin and drug resistance rate was 79.49% , and drug resistance rate to gentamicin, erythromyein, Oxacillin, cipro- floxacin, tetracycline and penicillin were almost 100%. The methicillin - resistant Staphylococcus aureus was sensitive to chloramghen- icol, chemitrim, teicoplanin, furadantin and vancomycin, and the sensitivity rate was more than 90%. Conclusion The methicillin - resistant Staphylococcus aureus 9. could be able to carry was resistant to disinfectant qacA gene, and was resistant to commonly anti- biotic used in.9 hospital.
