彩色多普勒超声联合钼靶X射线在乳腺癌诊断中的应用

Application of color Doppler ultrasonography combined with molybdenum target X ray in diagnosis of breast cancer

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声联合钼靶X射线对女性乳腺癌筛查的诊断价值。方法选取佳木斯中心医院2017年1月至2018年3月136例拟诊乳腺癌患者为研究对象,病理证实乳腺癌阳性120例,阴性16例,所有患者行彩色多普勒超声、钼靶X射线摄影、彩色多普勒超声联合钼靶X线摄影对乳腺癌不同病理分型诊断符合率进行观察。结果通过三种不同病理分型诊断检查方法,我们发现联合检查乳腺癌诊断符合率74.17%,彩色多普勒超声乳腺癌诊断符合率为51.67%,钼靶X线乳腺癌诊断符合率为50.83%,联合检查显著高于彩色多普勒超声与钼靶X线检查(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声联合钼靶X线摄影在医院乳腺癌筛查中可提高乳腺癌的诊断准确率,联合检查可作为乳腺癌诊断的有效方法。

Objective Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with molybdenum target X ray in the screening of female breast cancer. Methods 136 cases of breast cancer treated in Jiamusi Central Hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the subjects of the study. Pathology confirmed that 120 cases of breast cancer were positive and 16 cases were negative. Color Doppler ultrasound, Molybdenum target X - ray and color Doppler ultrasound combined with Molybdenum target X - ray were used to observe the diagnostic compliance of different pathological types of breast cancer. Results By using three different kinds of pathological diagnosis, we found that the coincidence rate of the combined diagnosis of breast cancer was 74.17%, the diagnostic coincidence rate of breast cancer by color Doppler ultrasound was 51.67% and the diagnostic coincidence rate of mam- mography was 50.83%. The combined examination was significantly higher than the color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target X - ray examination （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound combined with mammography could improve the diagnostic ac- curacy of breast cancer in the screening of breast cancer. Combined examination could be an effective method for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
