不同蚯蚓粪施用量对设施甜瓜生长及品质的影响 被引量:6

Effect of vermicompost on the growth and quality of melon in installation

摘要 以甜瓜‘No.1’(Cucumis melo)为试材,采用单因素完全随机设计,设计30、60、90 t/hm2 3个蚯蚓粪梯度,研究不同蚯蚓粪施入量对甜瓜叶绿素、光合特性、品质及产量的影响,探索出蚯蚓粪对甜瓜生长发育适宜施用量.结果表明,与CK相比,蚯蚓粪处理叶绿素增加了43.27%~54.13%,净光合速率(Pn)增加了5.03%~22.48%,胞间CO2(Ci)增加了0.78%~19.70%,气孔导度(Gs)增加了13.19%~49.31%,发病率降低7.75%~22.1%,Vc、可溶性总糖、游离氨基酸分别增加了18.93%~42.98%、5.75%~37.81%、19.48%~44.24%,降低有机酸和硝酸盐含量17.74%~45.56%、14.95%~34.12%,甜瓜果形呈现长圆形,产量增加了17.91%~37.50%,差异均达5%显著水平.90 t/hm2处理效果最佳,可有效促进甜瓜生长发育,提升甜瓜品质及产量. The effects of different application rates of vermicompost on the physiological, quality and yield of melon were studied,and the appropriate application of vermicompost to the growth and development of melon was explored. The three vermicompost gradients of 30 t·hm-2, 60 t·hm-2 and 90 t·hm-2 were designed with the single factor completely randomized design with Cucumis melo as test material Effects of Different Earthworm Exposed Amount on Chlorophyll, Photosynthetic Characteristics, Quality and Yield of Muskmelon. Compared with CK, the total amount of chlorophyll in earthworm excrement increased by 43.27%~54.13%, Pn increased by 5.03%~22.48%, Ci increased by 0.78%~19.70%, Gs increased by 13.19%~49.31% Vc, total soluble sugar and free amino acids increased by 18.93%~42.98%, 5.75%~37.81% and 19.48%~44.24%, respectively. The content of organic acid and nitrate decreased by 17.74%~45.56% 14.95%~34.12%. The shape of melon was oval; yield increased by 17.91%~37.50%, the difference reached 5% significant level. In summary, 90 t·hm-2 was the best treatment to promote the growth and development of melon and improve the quality and yield of melon.
