基于计划行为理论的农村居民点整理农户意愿影响因素研究

Study on influence factors of farmer households' willingness in rural residential land consolidation based on the theory of planned behavior

以实证调研数据为基础,以计划行为理论为支撑,建立农户禀赋、政策认知、预期收益等24项指标的影响因素集,运用有序Logit模型,对南京六合区横梁街道农村居民点整理中农户意愿影响因素进行研究分析.结果表明:24.89%的农户愿意进行农村居民点整理;行为态度、主观规范、感知行为控制都对农村居民点整理农户意愿有显著影响,其中,预期提高收入、改善居住条件、改善出行交通、改善环境卫生条件,国家政策鼓励、亲友支持,宅基地面积、文化程度、政策评价与执行效率均对农户意愿有着显著正向影响.建议将培训就业、农民安居融入到整理重要环节中,逐步提升农户行为态度与感知行为控制能力,合理发挥主观规范作用,提高农民对农村居民点整理的意愿.

This paper based on empirical research data of famers and the theory of planned behavior. Establish the influence factors concluding the information of household endowments, policy cognition,expected return as well as the willingness of rural residential land consolidation. The ordered Logit model are implemented in this research in order to analyze the influence factors and the influence direction of famers’ willingness in rural residential land consolidation in Hengliang Subdistrict, Luhe District, Nanjing. The results showed that： 24.89% of farmers are willing to join the rural residential land consolidation,21.52% of farmers don’t want to join, 53.59% of farmers think it doesn’t matter; Behavioral attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control have a significant impact on famers’ willingness, in this one, revenue increase, the improvement of living conditions, the travel traffic and environmental health conditions, national encouragement policy, relatives and friends ’support, the cultural degree, land area of overall evaluation, policy total evaluation and policy execution efficiency have a significant positive impact on farmers willingness. This paper suggested, employment training farmers ’ comfortable housing should be arranged into the important step of the rural residential land consolidation, to gradually improve farmers ’ behavioral attitude and perceived behavior control ability, play a role of subjective norms rationally to improve farmers’ willingness.
