宁南山区花椰菜品种比较试验初探

Comparative study on different varieties of cauliflower in Southern Ningxia Mountain

为了筛选出适宜宁夏南部山区种植的花椰菜品种,本试验引进了5个在西北地区表现较好的花椰菜品种作为试验材料,通过栽培试验对比分析了各品种的生育期、株高、叶片数、冠幅、产量和品质等指标.结果表明:松花菜生育期比普通花椰菜生育期短,5个花椰菜品种的株高、叶片数和冠幅随着生育期的延长呈现增加趋势,且不同生育期内各指标间达到显著差异.松花菜的蛋白质、可溶性糖、粗纤维和Vc含量整体高于普通花椰菜含量,营养价值高,适宜在宁南山区推广种植.

In order to screen out the suitable cauliflower varieties for Southern Ningxia mountain area. 5 broccoli varieties with better performance in the northwest were introduced as test materials in this experiment. Contrast analysis for growth period, plant height, leaf number, yield and quality index of each cultivar was carried out by cultivation experiment. The results showed that： the growth period of the broccoli was shorter than that of common cauliflower, the plant height, leaf number and crown width of 5 cauliflower varieties showed an increasing trend with the extension of growth period, and there were significant differences among the indexes in different growth stages. The contents of protein, soluble sugar, crude fiber and Vc in broccoli were higher than those in common cauliflower, with higher nutritional value, which suitable for planting in Southern Ningxia mountain.
