水环境突发污染应急处置数据库智能推理模型的构建 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,随着社会的不断发展,经济持续的稳定增长,人们对水资源利用程度的日益加剧,全国水污染重大突发事故发生的概率有所增加。突发性水环境污染事件的事后处理难度系数会大大高于一般的水环境污染,为了能在水环境事故突然发生时,及时向决策者提供行之有效、迅速、可执行的应急处置方案,把灾害程度降到最低,构建了水环境突发污染应急处置的神经网络模型,初步实现了基于案例的神经网络智能推理的运算。采用Visual Studio.NET工具开发了水环境突发污染应急智能处置系统,为水环境突发污染的快速处置提供了辅助决策的工具。 In recent years, with the continuous development of society, sustained and steady economic growth, the degree of water resources utilization is increasingl and the probability of major water pollution accidents in the country is increasing gradually. The difficulty coefficient of emergency treatment of sudden water environmental pollution events will be greatly higher than that of the general water environment pollution. In order to be able to provide effective, rapid and executable emergency disposal scheme to the decision-maker in time to occur sudden- ly in the water environment accident, the disaster degree is reduced to the lowest level, and the emergency dis- posal of water environment emergency pollution is constructed. The neural network model initially realizes the op- eration of intelligent reasoning based on case-based neural network. An emergency intelligent disposal system for sudden pollution of water environment is developed by using Visual Studio. NET tool, which provides an auxiliary decision tool for the rapid disposal of water environment pollution.
