摘要
澳大利亚是世界上植物检疫制度比较健全的国家,2015年对检疫机构和相关法规进行调整,制定了《生物安全法》。本文介绍了澳大利亚植物检疫机构和相关法律法规情况,重点介绍《生物安全法》的相关内容等,以便对中国植物检疫法规的制修订提供帮助。
Australia is a country with a relatively sound plant quarantine system in the world. In 2015,the quarantine agencies and relevant regulations were adjusted,and Biosecurity Act was enforced. This paper introduces the Australian plant quarantine agencies and relevant laws and regulations,especially introduces the relevant context of Biosecurity Act etc.,so as to provide assistance for the formulation and revision of Chinese plant quarantine regulations.
