浅议顾客关系质量在软件企业的应用

摘要 本文从软件企业顾客关系的特点出发,提出了软件企业顾客关系质量的概念,并分析了其影响因素,指出了提高顾客关系质量的策略,以建立高质量的顾客关系,提高企业竞争力。
