TightRope带袢钛板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察TightRope带袢钛板内固定治疗Rockwood Ⅲ、Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2014-06—2015-12采用TightRope带袢钛板内固定治疗的65例Rockwood Ⅲ、Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位。结果 65例均获得随访,随访时间平均16(10~25)个月。术后均未出现切口感染、皮肤坏死、肩关节活动障碍等并发症。末次随访时肩锁关节功能按Karlsson标准评定:A级60例,B级5例。肩关节功能采用Constant-Murley评分标准评定:优52例,良12例,可1例,优良率98.5%。末次随访时Constant-Murley评分为(94.1±3.2)分,较术前(26.6±2.6)分明显增加,差异有统计学意义(t=8.36,P<0.01)。结论 TightRope带袢钛板内固定治疗Rockwood Ⅲ、Ⅴ型肩锁关节脱位可取得满意的临床疗效,手术操作简单,创伤小,固定后满足肩关节微动特性,是一种理想的手术方案。
