摘要
采用剪切速率相近的熔体管路进行熔体输送;采用全并联连接的热媒循环系统对熔体管道和纺丝箱供热;采用纺丝组件砂腔为多个梯形体结构,每个梯形体单独进料的矩形纺丝组件进行喷丝;采用带加热装置的蒸汽喷射口对喷丝板板面进行保护;采用喂入辊和4对热辊组合对纤维进行拉伸定型。以生产6头930 dtex/140 f尼龙6工业丝为例,介绍了纺丝工艺参数。
The melt was carried out by the melt pipeline with similar shear rate. The heat medium circulation system with full parallel connection was used to heat the melt pipe and the spin beam. The sand cavity for spinning pack was used as a plurality of trapezoidal structure,and the rectangular spinning pack of each trapezoidal body individual feed was used for spinning. The steam jet nozzle had the heating device to protect the surface of the spinneret.The fiber was stretched and shaped by feeding roller and four pairs of hot roller. In order to produce 6 ends 930 dtex/140 f nylon 6 industrial fiber,the spinning process parameters were introduced.
