摘要
卷绕、横动系统是涤纶短纤维生产线的核心设备,2015年大检修期间对PLC和驱动系统进行了升级改造,本次改造的主要内容是将变频系统由6SE70系列更新为S120系列,采用了多级传动节能技术,利用一条直流母线的结构回收利用电机运行在第2或第4象限处在制动发电状态所再生的电能。主要介绍多级传动节能原理、硬件配置、软件组态、网络拓扑结构等方面的内容,并对系统优化的措施进行了总结。
The winding and traversing system is tire core equipment of polyester staple fiber production line. During the overhaul in 2015, PLC and drive system were upgraded. The main content of the transformation is to update the frequency conversion system from 6SE70 series to S120 series. The energy saving technology of muhistage transmis- sion is adopted. The structure of a DC bus is used to recover and utilize the electrical energy regenerated by the mo- tor running in the second or fourth quadrant in the state of braking power generation. This paper mainly introduces the energy saving principle of multistage transmission, hardware configuration, software configuration, network to- pology and so on, and summarizes the measures of system optimization.
