摘要
基于信息交换理论,以134名人力资源部经理和1177名员工的配对数据为研究样本,系统考察了高绩效工作系统提升员工创造力的内在机理。研究结果显示:高绩效工作系统正向影响员工创造力;信息整合部分中介了高绩效工作系统与员工创造力之间的关系;工作控制正向调节了信息整合与员工创造力的关系。
Based on information exchange theory,taking the matching data of 134 mangers of human resource department and 1177 employees as samples,this paper researches into internal mechanism of the high performance work systems to enhance employee creativity. The results showthat( 1) high performance work systems are positively related to employee creativity;( 2) elaboration of task-relevant information mediates the relationship between high performance work system and employee creativity;( 3) job control positively moderates the relationship between elaboration of task-relevant information and employee creativity.
