基于模糊综合评判的膨润土-砂最优配比计算 被引量:5

摘要 以掺砂率和干密度2个回填材料性能主控因素为自变量构造隶属函数,以渗透系数、膨胀力、导热系数等12个性能指标为因素集,引入权向量分析理论,采用加权平均法和几何平均法进行综合评判以确定各性能下整体最优掺砂率和干密度.结果表明:在膨润土-砂混合物的干密度为1.82~1.83 g/cm^3、掺砂率为29%~30%时,其综合性能表现最优,可为中国膨润土-砂混合缓冲回填材料的配比优化提供数据参考. Mixture proportion and dry density, two main factors influencing the properties of materials, were set as independent variables to construct the subordinate function. Twelve property indexes such as permeability coefficient, swelling pressure and thermal conductivity coefficient etc. were integrated as the factor aggregation, with the weight factor analysis theory also introduced. The optimal mixture proportion and dry density were determined by an integrated evaluation of weighted and geometric means. The evaluation results revealed that when the dry density of the mixture was 1.82-1.83 g/cm^3 and its mixture proportion was 29%-30%, the whole behaviors of the mixture reached the best. This study may provide feasible suggestions for the proportion and production of bentonite-sand mixed buffer/ backfill materials in China.
