摘要
采用机电液耦合系统,设计了一种新型液电馈能式汽车减振器。这一减振器将直线往复运动转换为液压马达旋转,推动发电机产生电能,实现能量回收。这一减振器结合了电磁式减振器和液压式减振器的优点,既具有电磁馈能的高效性,又具有液压系统布置的灵活性。对新型液电馈能式汽车减振器的工作原理进行了分析,通过试验验证了这一减振器设计的可行性。
A new type of electro-hydraulic energy feeding shock absorber for automobile was designed by adoption of a mechanic-electro-hydraulic coupling system.This shock absorber converts linear reciprocating motion into rotation of the hydraulic motor to drive the generator to generate electrical energy,so that it is possible to achieve energy recovery.This shock absorber combines the advantages of electromagnetic shock absorbers and hydraulic shock absorbers.It combines the efficiency of electromagnetic energy feeding with the flexibility of hydraulic system arrangement.The working principle of a new type of electro-hydraulic energy feeding shock absorber for automobile was analyzed.The feasibility of this design was verified through experiments.
