摘要 回转支架是机械手的重要零部件,受转动电机的激励动载荷作用,易受到振动破坏。应用ANSYS Workbench软件对机械手回转支架进行有限元建模,并进行静力学分析、模态分析和谐响应分析,得到回转支架的固有频率、模态特性和位移频率响应。基于有限元分析结果,使回转支架的激振频率远离共振频率,可有效避免工作过程中产生共振,导致设备损坏。分析结果同时可为进一步进行结构优化提供理论支持。 The swivel stand is an important part of the manipulator,and due to the dynamic load of the rotating motor it is easily damaged by vibration.The ANSYS Workbench software was used to perform finite element modeling of the swivel stand of the manipulator,and the static analysis,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis were performed to obtain the natural frequency,modality characteristics,and displacement frequency response of the swivel stand.Based on the results of the finite element analysis,when the exciting frequency of the swivel stand is kept away from the resonance frequency,it can effectively avoid sympathetic vibration during the working process that may lead to equipment damage.The analysis results can also provide theoretical support for further structural optimization.
