螺栓预紧力对转盘轴承内部载荷分布的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过弹簧单元和杆单元模拟轴承滚动体与沟道间的接触,对螺栓进行简化,并采用预紧力单元法施加螺栓预紧力,建立带有螺栓的转盘轴承有限元模型,研究非均布预紧力对转盘轴承内部载荷分布的影响。研究结果表明:滚动体与沟道之间的的最大接触载荷与螺栓预紧力成正比,非均布螺栓预紧力能够减小滚动体的最大接触载荷,进而为安装转盘轴承提供理论支持。 The bolts were simplified by simulating the contact between the rolling elements and the raceway of the bearing by the spring unit and the rod unit.The pre-tightening element method was used to apply the bolt preload,and the finite element model of the turntable bearing with bolts was established to exam the influence of non-uniform preload on the load distribution inside the turntable bearing.The results show that the maximum contact load between the rolling element and the raceway is proportional to the preload of the bolt.The non-uniform bolt preload can reduce the maximum contact load of the rolling element and in this case it will provide theoretical support for the installation of the turntable bearing.
