摩擦力对双出杆液压缸性能影响的仿真研究

摘要 综合考虑启动压力、摩擦力等因素,应用Simster软件建立了液压系统仿真模型,对双出杆液压缸系统进行动态特性分析,并研究静摩擦力与动摩擦力对双出杆液压缸性能的影响,得出不同摩擦等级及不同动静摩擦力差值条件下双出杆液压缸性能的变化规律。通过仿真研究确认,当摩擦力较小、稳定、均匀,且动静摩擦力差值较小时,双出杆液压缸响应较灵敏,运行较平稳,定位精度较高。 Taking into account factors such as starting pressure and friction,the simulation model of hydraulic system was established by Simster software to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the double =outlet hydraulic cylinder system.The impact of static friction and dynamic friction to the performance of the double-outlet hydraulic cylinder were studied to obtain the regular pattern of performance variation of the double-outlet hydraulic cylinder under the condition of different friction levels and differences between dynamic friction force and static friction force.Through simulation study,it is confirmed that when the friction force is small,stable and uniform,and the difference between dynamic friction force and static friction force is small,the double-outlet hydraulic cylinder responds more sensitively,runs more smoothly,and has higher positioning accuracy.
