摘要
分析了典型注塑件——塑料密封盖的成形工艺,论述了所设计的塑料密封盖模具结构,并对其脱模装置进行了设计。在设计中采用基于低速大转矩摆线液压马达的拖板辅助脱模装置,可以解决注塑件全自动螺纹脱模问题,提高注塑件的质量。
The molding process of a typical injection molded part — plastic sealing cap was analyzed.The mold structure for the designed plastic sealing cap was discussed and the de-molding device was designed.In the design,the use of a pallet-assisted de-molding device based on low-speed large-torque hydrocycloid motor can solve the issue of fully automatic thread de-molding of injection molded parts and improve the quality of injection molded parts.
