GEM premier 3000血气分析仪非传统检测项目与中心实验室常规仪器检测结果的比较分析 被引量:5

Comparative Analysis of the Results of Non-traditional Detection of GEM Premier 3000 Blood Gas Analyzer and Conventional Instruments in Central Laboratory

摘要 目的探讨GEM premier 3000血气分析仪动脉血钾、钠、葡萄糖、乳酸、红细胞压积及血红蛋白的检测结果与中心实验室常规仪器Sysmex XN-2000全自动血液分析仪(简称XN-2000)和日立7600全自动生化分析仪(简称日立7600)静脉血检测结果的可比性。方法以XN-2000和日立7600为参比方法(X),GEM3000为待评方法(Y),分别使用80例患者的静脉血和动脉血进行K^+、Na^+、Glu、Lac、Hct及Hb的检测,对检测结果进行比对及线性回归分析。结果 GEM3000与N-2000和日立7600相同检测项目的检测结果除Glu和Hb外,K^+、Na^+、Lac、Hct的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);K^+、Na^+、Glu、Lac、Hct及Hb的线性回归方程分别为Y=0.9037X+0.2629、Y=0.8868X+11.788、Y=0.9843X+0.0832、Y=0.908X-0.2559、Y=1.0346X-0.3508、Y=1.0095X-0.8035,相关系数(r)分别为0.949、0.875、0.991、0.948、0.917和0.906。结论 GEM3000非传统检测项目仅Glu、Hct和Hb的检测结果与中心实验室常规仪器检测结果一致,能对患者的病情做出快速准确的评估;而K^+、Na^+和Lac则需建立独立的参考区间,以指导临床更准确的解读其检测结果。 Objective To study the results of arterial blood potassium,sodium,glucose and lactic acid,hematocrit and hemoglobin detected by GEM premier 3000 blood gas analyzer,and compared with the results of routine instrument Sysmex XN-2000 automatic Blood Analyzer(XN-2000?for short)and Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical Analyzer(Hitachi 7600?for short)in central laboratory.Methods Using XN-2000 and Hitachi 7600 as reference method(X)and GEM3000 as the evaluation method(Y),the venous blood and arterial blood of 80 patients were used to detect K~+,Na~+,Glu,Lac,Hct and Hb respectively.The results were compared and linear regression analysis was made.Results The results of GEM3000 and N-2000 and Hitachi 7600 test items except Glu,Hb,K~+,Na~+,Lac,Hct were statistically significant(P〈0.05);K~+,Na~+,Glu,Lac,Hct and The linear regression equation of Hb is Y =0.9037 X +0.2629,Y =0.8868 X +11.788,Y =0.9843 X +0.0832,Y =0.908 X-0.2559,Y =1.0346 X-0.3508,Y =1.0095 X-0.8035,respectively.The coefficients(r)are0.949,0.875,0.991,0.948,0.917,and 0.906,respectively.Conclusion GEM3000 non-traditional testing projects only Glu,Hct and Hb test results are consistent with the results of the central laboratory routine instrumentation,can quickly and accurately assess the patient's condition;and K~+,Na~+and Lac need to establish an independent reference interval.To guide the clinical interpretation of the test results more accurately.
