摘要
目的探讨通道长度对制备泡沫硬化剂稳定性的影响。方法采用不同长度的小直径橡皮管水平连接两个注射器,研究通道长度对制备泡沫稳定性的影响。选用5 ml注射器,液气比1∶4,并在室温环境下进行了5组不同长度橡皮管的实验。实验全程摄像,每组设置重复实验4次,对稳定性指标(析水时间、半衰期、泡沫半衰期体积量和析水率曲线)进行对比分析。结果2 cm,4 cm,6 cm,8 cm长橡皮管实验下,泡沫的各个析水率时间从4 s逐步变长至27 s,而10 cm长度橡皮管实验下,泡沫的析水率时间较之8 cm变短,为18 s左右。结论实验中8 cm为最佳通道长度。改变通道长度能够使制备的泡沫硬化剂稳定性显著提高,临床可以考虑使用最佳通道长度的平行连接装置来制备泡沫。
ObjectiveTo understand the influencing factors of foam stability and help reduce the side effects of treatment, and to achieve better therapeutic effect.MethodsIn the experiment, small diameter rubber tubes of different lengths were used to connect two syringes, and two injectors were injected horizontally to obtain foam and study the effect of channel length on the foam stability. 5ml injector was used, and the ratio of liquid to gas was 1 to 4. Meanwhile, 5 groups of rubber tubes with different lengths were carried out at room temperature. A camera recorded the entire process of foam decay. And foam stability indexes which includes drainage time, half-life, foam half-life volume and the drainage rate curve, were analyzed.ResultsIt showed that when 2cm, 4cm, 6cm and 8cm long rubber tubes were tested, the drainage time of the foam gradually increased from 4s to 27s, while the drainage time of the foam under the 10cm length rubber tube was 18s which was shorter than that of 8cm.ConclusionsIt shows that the 8 cm length in the experiment is the optimal channel length. The stability of the foam hardener can be improved remarkably by changing the length of the channel, and the foam can be prepared by using a parallel connection device with the best channel length in clinical application.
