摘要
目的探讨视听觉统合训练对语言发育迟缓患儿行为及认知的影响。方法选择2015年1月~2017年10月在我所诊治的语言发育迟缓儿童72例,根据康复方法的不同分为实验组与对照组,各36例。对照组给予常规康复训练,实验组在对照组的基础上采用视听觉统合训练,康复时间3个月后比较两组总有效率、Gesell评分及血清生长激素含量的差异。结果康复后实验组的总有效率为100.0%,对照组为88.9%,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。康复后两组Gesell DQ评分显著高于康复前(P<0.05),康复后实验组评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。康复后两组的血清生长激素含量均显著高于康复前(P<0.05),康复后实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论视听觉统合训练能提高语言发育迟缓患儿中的治疗康复效果,改善患儿的行为及认知功能,促进血清生长激素的分泌,具有很好的应用价值。
Objective To explore the effects of audiovisual integration training on behavior and cognition in children with language development delay. Methods From January 2016 to December 2016, 72 cases of children with language development delay in our center were divided into observation group and control group with 36 cases in each group randomly. The control group was given conventional training, the observation group was given audiovisual integration training based on the control group, rehabilitation times of two groups were 3 months. Results After rehabilitation, the total effective rates in the observation group was 100%, and that was 88.9% in the control group, the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). After rehabilitation, the Gesell DQ scores in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than that before rehabilitation(P〈0.05), and the scores after rehabilitation in the observation group were also lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05). After rehabilitation, the serum growth hormone levels in the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than that before rehabilitation(P〈0.05), and the serum growth hormone levels in the observation group after rehabilitation were higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusions The application of audiovisual integration training in children with language development retardation can improve children's behavior and cognition function, promote the secretion of serum growth hormone and improve the treatment effect, so it has good application values.
