摘要
在小学阶段,科学教育主要是通过小学科学课程来实施的。作为小学科学教育中不可或缺的一部分,教师队伍的建设情况直接影响教育的发展质量,教师专业化发展状况是衡量师资队伍建设水平的重要指标。基于问卷调查法与访谈法,从师资配备、教师专业能力、专业认知与专业心理品质等方面对湖北省16个市(州)102所小学的科学教师队伍展开调查。结果显示,湖北省小学科学教师存在师资紧缺、以兼职为主的师资结构制约教学质量提升、教师队伍专业化水平不足、教学能力失衡、教师培训体系欠缺等问题。针对这些问题,提出了相应的建议。
In primary schools, the implementation of science education is carried out mainly through primary science curriculum. As an indispensable part of science education in primary schools, the construction of teaching staff has a direct impact on the quality of education development. The professional development of teachers is an important indicator to measure the level of teaching staff construction. In the study, based on the questionnaire research method and interview method, we investigated the science teaching staff in 102 primary schools from 16 cities in Hubei Province on the aspects of qualified teachers, teachers' professional ability, professional cognition, professional psychology and so on. The results show that primary schools in Hubei Province are short of qualified teachers and many of them are part-time teachers. This structure leads to the restriction of teaching quality improvement, the imbalance of teaching ability and so on.
