摘要
目的确定丙烷脱氢制高性能聚丙烯项目可能存在的职业病危害因素。为该建设项目的设计提供必要的职业病危害防护对策和建议。方法采用风险评估法结合实际工作经验对建设项目的可能产生的化学性职业病危害因素、职业病防护设施、个人防护用品、应急救援、职业卫生管理等方面进行综合评价。结论丙炕脱氢制高性能聚丙烯项目在落实控制职业病危害的补充措施和建议后,拟建项目在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。
Objective To determine the possible occupational hazards of propane dehydrogenation to high performance polypropylene project, and to provide the necessary countermeasures and suggestions for the prevention and treatment of occupational hazards for the design of the project. Methods the risk factors of chemical occupational diseases, occupational disease protection facilities, personal protective supplies, emergency rescue and occupational health management were evaluated by the risk assessment method combined with practical experience. Conclusion propane dehydrogenation to high performance polypropylene project in the implementation of the supplementary measures and suggestions to control occupational hazards is feasible in the control of occupational hazards.
