摘要
检规规定,电梯年检时必须进行电梯曳引能力检查。本文基于相关法律法规对一起电梯曳引力异常案例进行了风险分析与失效分析.通过公式推导与现场运行状态分析,判断引起该电梯曳引力异常的根本原因是当量摩擦系数f受外界务件影响发生改变。该案例的分析方法.对于冲顶或溜车事故分析具有较大的参考意义。
The inspection regulations stipulate that the annual inspection of the elevator must be carried out to check the elevator traction capacity. In this paper, based on relevant laws and regulations for the case of elevator traction with abnormal risk analysis and failure analysis, through formula deduction and field running state analysis, determine the root cause of the abnormal the elevator traction is equivalent friction coefficient f influenced by external conditions change. The analysis method of this case is of great reference significance to the analysis of the accident of topping or running car.
