摘要
通过氧氮分析、化学成分检测、扫描电镜观察和能谱分析,对不同工序下薄规格无取向电工钢30W1700中的典型夹杂物进行研究,结合钢液元素含量和夹杂物数量的变化分析30W1700钢中夹杂物形成机理以及分布规律。结果表明:30W1700钢冶炼过程中典型夹杂物为CaO、Al2O3、SiO2、MgO、AlN;夹杂物尺寸在≤3μm占总量的80%以上,RH精炼有效去除了钢液中的大部分夹杂物。
The typical inclusions in 30W1700 thin specification non-oriented electrical steel were investigated by means of oxygen and nitrogen analysing,chemical composition testing,scanning electron microscope observation and energy spectrum analyzing.The formation mechanism and distribution law of these inclusions in 30W1700 steel were analyzed based on the change of element content and inclusion number in liquid steel.The results show that in the process of smelting 30W1700 steel,the typical inclusions include Ca O,Al2O3,Si O2,Mg O,Al N.The inclusions sized≤3μm accounts for more than 80%of the total.RH refining can effectively remove most inclusions in liquid steel.
