摘要
通过OM、SEM、XRD、拉伸等试验方法对不同固溶状态下的10.31Al-14.85Mn-0.78C-4.93Ni-0.83Cu高锰钢进行组织和力学性能的探究。结果表明:10.31Al-14.85Mn-0.78C-4.93Ni-0.83Cu钢固溶处理后,奥氏体晶粒内出现大量的退火孪晶。随固溶温度的升高和固溶时间的延长,奥氏体晶粒长大,退火孪晶数量增加,伸长率增加,抗拉强度下降。
Microstructure and mechanical properties of a 10. 31 Al-14. 85 Mn-0. 78 C-4. 93 Ni-0. 83 Cu high-management steel after different solution treatments were investigated by means of OM,SEM,XRD and tensile test. The results show that after solution treatment,there are a lots of annealing twins in austenite grains. Increasing solution temperature and time is beneficial to the generation of more annealing twins and austenite grain growth,which results in the elongation increase and the tensile strength decrease.
